Dear waiting Rohini Scheme registrants,   Through last e-mail(s), I have already informed you about the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on DDA’s Rohini Residential Scheme. I also requested you to send me the correspondence made by you with DDA on this issue. Some of you have already sent the same. Those who have not sent the same are requested to do so immediately.   Many of you have reported that no such correspondence was made by them in past with DDA. Some have reported that correspondence was made but is misplaced/ not traceable and hence can not be made available.   If you have not made any correspondence with DDA on this issue in past or the correspondence is lost, you can write your viewpoint/ thoughts on DDA’s handling of this scheme, which has resulted in 28 year wait of a ‘dream plot’ against the Rohini Scheme Registration made by you or by your relative/ loved one, who may not be alive now. This handwritten (preferably) or typed note with details of Rohini Scheme Registration and your present address should be sent to me on my address immediately. If possible, please enclose the photocopy of Rohini Scheme registration also.   Your thoughts and such details will be handed over to Hon’ble Chief justice – Delhi High court at an appropriate time. Depending upon the situation and if need be, the same will be submitted in the form of an affidavit from individual waiting registrant and such a requirement will be intimated to you accordingly.   If you know some one else, who is also a grieved waiting registrants under Rohini Residential Scheme, please advise him to do the same. Dear Rohini Scheme registrants,   Cheer up!   Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has already been accepted by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court against DDA on this scheme on 06.05.2009.   News items published in ‘Dainik Hindustan’, “Dainik Punjab Kesri” & “Dainik Jagran”, leading Hindi daily news papers, are already available on this website. News items relating to this PIL in Delhi High Court were aired on Sahara Samay – NCR, Total TV, Dordarshan etc.   To strengthen “the case and injustice”, I will be requiring your comments on this "28 year's injustice", which will be handed over to the Hon'ble court at an appropriate time. However, if these types of details including other details of your Rohini Scheme registration are required in the form of an affidavit, the information will be given to you accordingly. Photocopies of correspondence with DDA (your letter and reply of DDA, if any) on this scheme, may kindly be sent to me on my postal address immediately.   This ‘Court Case’ has been made possible with the ‘financial assistance and moral support’ from some of you.
